Shipping policy
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to any address outside of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. In addition, B4 UR SKN® cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control. We will update this shipping option in the future.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to P.O Box 160497, Brooklyn, NY 11216, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE: This return policy is applicable to items purchased only at www.b4urskn.com. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline. Any items you wish to return that were not purchased via www.b4urskn.com must be returned to the retailer from which you originally purchased them. Any questions about another retailer’s return policy should be directed to the retailer from where you originally purchased. We are unable to accept returns from other retailers and the return policy found at www.b4urskn.com will not be applicable to items purchased from other retailers.
Please allow 48 hours for order processing, not including the weekend or holidays. Once your order is processed, we will begin preparing your order. Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 Business days after the 48 hour processing time, via USPS. Free Delivery Confirmation is included with each shipped package.
Shipping times are an estimate & may be subject to USPS delays. B4 UR SKN® is not responsible for delayed shipping on the part of USPS and is unable to provide full or partial refunds for shipping that is due to an error or delay on the courier’s part.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
1. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.
2. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at support@B4URSKN.store with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created.
3. Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery, NO REFUNDS will be provided.
4. There may be additional charges to Re-ship. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable)
Returned To Sender Policy
1. If a package is returned to B4 UR SKN® due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if USPS required the customer to be home at the time of delivery, due to an unsecured location and the customer was not available for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of B4 UR SKN® to reship the package back to them, as well as, any additional delivery cost. No Refunds will be provided.
2. B4 UR SKN® is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information or unsecured locations provided by a customer.
3. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect or the delivery location is not secure.
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
If your package is lost or stolen, we are so sorry to hear that! Please see below:
1. Customers must notify B4 UR SKN® of the Lost/Stolen order within 5 Business Days of the delivery date.
2. B4 UR SKN® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. The customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery location at the time of ordering.
3. Upon customer inquiry, B4 UR SKN® will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, as well as, tracking & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
4. If after the customer has directly contacted the carrier, and the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at support@B4URSKN.store with the case number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.
Damaged Order Policy
If your product arrived damaged, we are so sorry about that! Please send an email with a photo of your damaged product in its original packaging along with the shipping box to support@b4urskn.store within 5 Business days of receipt. We will be happy to further assist you.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice
With all of our ingredients being natural with no additives whatsoever, some melting may occur with our Mahogany Hair & Body Butter jars while they are in transit if the temperature reaches above 90 degrees Fahrenheit (coconut oil's melting point is 76 degrees). The product works exactly the same if this does occur--simply pop it into your fridge, and you're good to go (once the product returns back to a cool room temperature).
